What it is
A speech, discussion or testimony by a Vice Chair or Governor of the Federal Reserve Board. Reserve Bank presidents keep their own calendars and are not included.
Board members vote at every FOMC meeting. Many appearances cover supervision, payments or research rather than the rate outlook; the calendar gives the topic when one is set.
